"The landlady is amazing and very helpful! I cannot recommend this property enough!"

After missing out on this property for my second year I was so happy to be able to live here in my third year. The property is clean and tidy, with a wonderful open plan layout downstairs. The kitchen is large in size and fitted with all new appliances, including a dishwasher which is ideal for students! The property also includes garden space and is in an ideal location. It is located only a short five minute walk away from the train station and the town centre which is perfect for nipping to the shops/getting a train, and the campus is only a seven minute walk away, which is actually closer than some halls! Finally the landlady is amazing and very helpful! I cannot recommend this property enough!

"Best Landlords and house I have ever known"

Jenny and Jim are the most loveliest, friendly and helpful landlords I have ever come across. Their houses are beautifully decorated and definitely have a home comfort feel to them. They include all modern appliances, large furnished bedrooms (with memory foam mattresses!!) and furnished gardens. Christchurch Street is located within 5 minutes walk from the train station, and just a few more minutes to the main shopping street in Preston. If Jenny and Jim did private rented houses for non students I would jump at the chance to have them as landlords again. They are usually available to contact through most of the day, deal with any issues quickly and really look after the students living in their houses as if they were their own children. I cannot sing their praises highly enough. Best landlords and house I have ever known.
